At Magic World Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of our products, and we consider customer satisfaction as the sacred factor of success in business. Our quality control and quality assurance processes are designed for absolute customer delight so that we could realize our mission of spreading smiles through delightful children's jewelry over the world. Although our products are state of the art and anyone who buys our products is bound to love them, we understand that sometimes customers could feel a different way about a product after it is delivered to them.

Customer delight is of absolute importance to us and that is why we make sure to have a fair as well as an easy exchange and return policy for our customers. It should be clarified here the return and exchange policy can be different for different products from our wide array of products and customers should make sure to read and analyze the exchange and return options available to them for a particular product.

  1. Return and exchange policy:

Magic World Jewellery has a generic return and exchange policy that the products bought from our store could be returned within 15 days of purchase. This is dependent on the fact whether the purchased product is eligible for a return or not. Unfortunately, there are cases in which the product return option may not be available to the customers. Therefore, it is necessary to distinguish between the return and exchangeable products from those which are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • Products eligible for return and exchange:

The 15-day return and exchange policy qualifies the following products as eligible for return and exchanges.

  1. Unworn products: If a customer wants to return or exchange a product that is delivered to them, Magic World Jewellery will gladly process that purchase for a return or exchange as per the customer’s preference.
  2. Items in original condition: The condition of the products is a critical factor in the sale and purchase of products. As far as the condition of the product is brand new, Magic World Jewellery will be able to process a return or exchange of that product.
  3. Products bought within the last 15 days: According to the return and exchange policy of our business, any product bought with a time frame of 15 days will be eligible for a return or exchange as per the customer’s preference.

 

  • Products not eligible for a return or exchange:

The 15-day return and exchange policy disqualify the following products for return and exchanges.

  1. Customized Products: Since a customized product is only intended to fulfill the need of a particular customer, Magic World Jewellery cannot entertain the return or exchange of such product as it cannot be sold to any other customer.
  2. Engraved Products: Customers who wish to have a name or a character engraved on the products will not be able to return or exchange a purchased product as it was specifically designed for them and cannot be resold at our store.
  3. Damaged products: Products that are received by customers in perfect condition will not be returnable or exchangeable after the damage has been inflicted upon them. Magic World Jewellery will not entertain the return of such products.
  4. Products purchased over 15 days ago: Magic World Jewellery has a return and exchange policy of 15 days only. Products which were bought before 15 days will not be returned or exchanged by our store.
  5. How to apply for a return or exchange:

At Magic World Jewellery, customer convenience is our utmost priority. We are most responsive to customers during business hours, but we can also be contacted out of business hours as we understand that some customers can be busy themselves during business hours. To ensure a convenient return and exchange process for our customers, we have made available a variety of platforms where customers can contact us. It must be clarified here that the customers who wish to receive the quickest response should contact us on our phone to receive an instant response. We are the quickest to respond to our phone calls but we also respond in an adequately quick time frame on other platforms like email and Instagram.
